Cancellation Policy
Li9ht Coach values your time and asks that you respect the scheduled appointment times. By booking a session, program, or service, you agree to the following cancellation terms:
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule any scheduled session or service.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled session fee, or the session will be deducted from any prepaid package or program.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee, or the session will be forfeited if prepaid.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings at the discretion of Li9ht Coach.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for a scheduled session, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other appointments. The full session fee will apply.
If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late without communication, the session may be considered a no-show.
Cancellation by Li9ht Coach
Li9ht Coach reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the affected session.
Severance Clause
In the event that Li9ht Coach terminates any ongoing service agreement, membership, or coaching program prior to its scheduled completion for reasons other than client misconduct, breach of terms, or non-payment, Li9ht Coach may, at its sole discretion, provide a prorated refund or severance equivalent to the unused portion of services already paid for.
No severance, refund, or compensation shall be provided in cases where termination results from a client’s violation of these Terms of Service, failure to comply with Li9ht Coach policies, misuse of services, or conduct deemed harmful to the business or other clients.
Any severance or refund issued under this clause shall constitute full and final settlement of any and all claims arising from the termination of services.
